A company that lives our mission statement every day. Leadership is futuristic in thought, strategy, and planning....putting needs of community and future patients top of mind when thinking about ”what next”. A great company culture that promotes vulnerability and transparency and team-first atmosphere to work in. Leadership is open to new and different ideas.

Cons

If you don't enjoy thinking in the grey, challenging the status quo, and embracing change for the evolution of a great company, then this might not be a good fit.
