Pros
You get to help people, their lives are not only in these retards' hands, you have a little bit of control also, which means you might have just saved a life. The small nobody's fire the most part are pretty neat people.
Cons
This hospital is the laughing stock of this whole area,we have at least one transfer by aircraft a day, and is always for small stuff. It's bad when 99%of the staff have their family go out of town because they they want their family cared for correctly. 80%of the nurses are mean hateful grouchy hags. The higher up the chain the you go the faker you get ands buy far RICHER which to me is funny beings this is supposed to be a NON PROFIT organization. Hmmmm... wonder how they cover that up?
