Pros

In my individual role, I feel challenged and see a path for growth. My colleagues are smart and driven. Knowing our users love us and rely on us keeps me motivated.

Cons

GoodRx has been going through some big shifts since the start of 2022 - stock dropping, leadership changes, re-org, layoffs, partnership issues. Many of us who have been around even pre-IPO don’t feel super confident in leadership & feel like things have the potential to get even worse. Morale is not in a great place right now. If you can keep your head down and wait for things to settle (fingers crossed) that’s great, but everything going on at the company has been very distracting and erodes the mission we all once felt.
