      Past its prime, currently desperate to increase stock value, no longer the good old GoodRx culture

      Hybrid, ok pay, free food, cafe and bar inside the office, big office, etc

      Cons

      Mainly interested in increasing stock price, very clique-y, unreasonable deadlines, often mismanaged, blameful culture, very tense when the topic of deadlines and expectations come around, extreme underpromise and overdeliver cycle to compensate for blameful culture

      Pros

      Flexible work environment with great, driven, team members. Clear beneficial vision for the company. Great new CEO with applicable experience, goals, and inspirational leadership skills. Very generous benefits and compensation.

      Cons

      Teams are highly siloed. Lots of "hidden" parts of the company that leads to project thrash and lack of clarity around how work is contributing to company's overall goal. Unclear how the company will be impacted in the future by tough headwinds in terms of declining brick and mortar pharmacies and potential changes in pharmaceuticals.
