Pros

Working at Goodway Group has provided me the work life balance I have always wanted to have. I am able to work from home and taking the commute to an office out of my day has really huge affects on my family. Also, being able to be a part of the leading digital media trading team in the world makes me feel satisfied and always eager to learn new things.

Cons

Working from home isn't for everyone, so the desire to work from home a must if you want to work at Goodway.

Best Company I Have Ever Worked For!

Pros

I wish I had found Goodway sooner. This is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. Pros include: 1. Working from home 2. Great teammates - a real family feel even though we aren't in the office together every day. 3. Great leadership - the leadership team definitely cares about each of us and wants to make sure we are able to grow as employees as the company grows. 4. Great benefits - health insurance, pto, 401k, bonuses.

Cons

This is coming from a half glass empty kind of person and I can't think of one con. Seriously, a great place to work!
