Pros

All. Of. It. Seriously, I haven't had one experience yet that could be seen as anything but a pro. The people are phenomenal, leadership is fantastic and the work life balance is nothing but superb. I honestly do hope that this is the only company I ever work for. It's all they say it is and more!

Cons

Nothing yet. I could see where as growth continues, culture might dwindle, but I also think leadership is taking the proper steps to account and adjust for that.

Pros

Working from home has so many perks; not sitting in traffic twice a day, barely purchasing gas for my car, being able to balance my personal life with my work life, being able to take my work with me and not having to take time off, not sitting in a cubicle or being distracted by ringing phones, others conversations or just the annoyances of working in an office.

Cons

Every now and then I feel micromanaged, but this is not typical of the company culture. This is a leadership issue in my department.

Not really a con since we do have biannual conferences but not getting to see my coworkers more often!
