In a year of incredible change and challenges presented by COVID 19 management has been dedicated to keeping the organization going and protecting associates.
Some freedom to work without being micro managed, good coworkers
Cons
Low pay, certain departments get treated well and others are constantly treated poorly, unrealistic expectations for certain employees while others are allowed to do nothing/never develop, lack of competent leadership
Provide reasonable benefits
Pay low end employees more than minimum wage
It is a growing company so there are lots of opportunities for new ideas to solve challenges.
Cons
Middle of the road employees and management are paid well below industry averages. They try to keep costs down to the detriment of the company as a whole. Left hand and right hand often don't communicate effectively. Benefits are reasonable but not great.
