Pros
Minimal job experience, just be willing to learn and drive to various local companies for temp work. Pay is great! And if you need to take time off, just let them know and do what you need to do. Real flexible with your schedule. Great health care benefits.
Cons
No PTO, minimal opportunity to stay permanently, unless you apply. Badge and parking can be a hassle sometimes to track down but worth it because lots of freedom and great pay per hour.
