Lots of learning about different tools and processes which changed drastically after the merge

Cons

Raises are not guaranteed, and what used to be a highly visible role became a bit more siloed

Company with positive purpose and mission. Large, international organization. 501(c)(3) means slow pace of work.

Cons

Everything is grey, out of style, and outdated. Not much youth, mostly older staff. Low funding bc 501(c)(3) means old and obsolete technology.
