Pros
Really positive work environment. While the statistics and numbers are emphasized to a reasonable level, the staff & management have a good working relationship; everyone is treated decently. So far I haven't been criticized or punished/pressured for not being as fast as others. For anyone looking for a job with low pressure & decent people, it's definitely worth it. Benefits are offered
Cons
Difficult getting more hours; we have several full time employees, but most are part time.
