Pros
I liked the managers that I worked with. They were flexible with my schedule when I was a student and working part time. They take time to teach you what is necessary to be successful.
Cons
There is no say in what you’ll be dealing with. The donation and the things you will be working with will be arbitrary and random but there are processes in place that makes work predictable and safe
