Pros

there is no up side

Cons

management does nothing but site in office and watch cameras all day. they are lazy and run the whole store on fear. if you are not like or question anything you will be written up. they make an environment of hostility and are bully's. the encourage employees to tell on one another. you can go above and beyond any they will still find something to complain about. they can not retain employees but to how they talk and treat them. if you are in donations you are expected to stay outside and always work under all conditions with no breaks. you have to lift more then 50 pounds . as well is a very dangers environment. you are exposed to random chemicals as well what is in the donations and there is no standard for help

Pros

- Good accommodations for disabilities - English not required

Cons

- Lots of coworker gossiping - Managers gossip about employees - Few employees have to pick up slack for a lot of underperforming workers - Poor management - Management does absolutely nothing about issues - Key holders expected to work on every holiday (I’m not joking)
