I like some of the things that Goodwill as a company does but in the capacity where I was it wasn't a good fit. Coworkers can be friendly and some helpful

Cons

Mandatory extra hours with little pay. Management fell short of their responsibility instead passed the buck. Didn't feel as if I was heard as a woman.
