You can call you coworkers slurs and not be fired, heck you can even be promoted to management, but god forbid you be late three times in three months. Quotas are unrealistic. Management is never around and never has answers. There's a constant turnover, and everyone feels like they've got a target on their back at all times. Then, once a month there's new rules for some unexplained reason.
