Management usually is out on smoke breaks, lack of support from your superiors.

Pros

Goodwill offers many positions and job training for anyone that is dedicated and driven. Disabilities are a part of life and Goodwill helps educate those of us that may have been stuck at that bump in the road.

Cons

Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. But yet when it is only two individuals running 18 different locations and over 90 employees it can feel like you're all alone.
