-lack of proper management & lack of professionalism *managers will speak on your personal issues with everyone else and spread your business *most managers feel a superiority complex and do not treat you with proper respect(as if you’re equal) -lack of real training(you have to learn most things on your own) -does not feel like a team -constant manager and employee overturn -do not give the legally required breaks, will only give you a 15 even if you worked over the 6 hr requirement -no company/employee moral
