there’s no cons at all

They let non managers harass and micromanage you. They are huge on favoritism. If they were trained by the person you are having problems with they side with them. They don't own up to training you poorly. They treat people with mental illnesses like it doesn't exist. Do not work for this company if you have a mental illness. HR will not help you if you have any problems in your store. They say we can't do anything for you if it means they have done something wrong. This is probably one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. Good luck if you decide to work for them anyway.
