Pros
- you get 15 days of PTO - you don't have to interact directly with customers, as it is warehouse work - nice coworkers that are willing to help
Cons
- the hourly wage is not livable. it's pocket change, at best - the higher-ups always expect more work from you without increasing the pay, even though the e-books department makes them a ton of money - you tend to do 10x more than your job description calls for
