Need to pull own weight, night crew is expected to make everything clean and perfect when there are only two people as cashiers closing sometimes, do the work of like 5 people yourself, pay sucks for how you are treated, workers don't stay as well, management uses you like an object, if you wanna move into another position management won't do it immediately and will try to prolong how much you can work for them in the position you're in now, they get mad when you call out
