Pros
It's a nice and friendly environment to be with. Everyone is very nice and friendly people.
Cons
The more you do a good job the more responsibilities they will put on you. Use people to their own advantages to get their goals and everything done. Pay is very low for the job you do their. Some people come to work just to be free loaders and expect their work to be done by others. This place will eventually drain you mentally and physically until you regret working their in the first place. Management makes too many excuses why they wont give you more raise and why they wont promote you.
