Great beginner job or temporary step. Seeking a career is impossible.

Pros

For a beginner job/temp, the pay is awesome. Scheduling is easy to change and discus with management, they can work with just about anything. If you’re bored easily, lots of roles you can learn and excel at.

Cons

You’ll get passed up on promotions and used like a dog if you show any interest in making this a career. They won’t give you a heads up about “testing” you and you won’t be financially compensated for it, but expected to jump through every hoop perfectly. They’ll make any excuse to not make you a team lead despite all your qualifications and give the promotion who was hired recently with no qualifications, or even someone who was not clue what they are doing.
