management was incredibly faulty. very big lack of communication amongst managers and employees. scheduling conflicts were incredibly frequent among big chunk of the work force, and scheduling multiples times outside of availability. overworking on minor employees. lots of micromanaging. workers treated as disposable.

Crabs in the barrel mentality. Terrible communication terrible motivation, no clear direction not about the employees head. There always will be a cap off, but will be lied to about receiving increases or pay or even bonuses unlike the store settings that receive bonuses.
