Pros

very nice people with a good mission.

Cons

Hard work for minimum wage. A lot of the donations we get are thrown into a box and shipped out, so things tend to break if they are fragile. The whole system could be run better.

Pros

Variety of positions, good for someone young.

Cons

Not allowed to shop at the store that you work at. Will not accept a doctors note for a valid absence.

Pros

Very great benefits. Its easy to move up in management.

Cons

Donations coming in can get extremely gross. Space is small for all the product coming in. As a backdoor person you should get paid more than other positions because it is a very physical job from unloading/loading trucks, moving furniture, etc. Not very flexible with hours
