Pros

There is no pros I work there for over a month and had 5 people quit just like me.

Cons

Condescending want you to do more then what you were hire for and if you was dissatisfied with the way you were being treated you were expected to put a smile on your face and take it. Was very unhappy there. Very 2 face.

Pros

Its an honest living, co workers usually cool

Cons

It takes away from other activities and support in your life. You never know what days youre off til schedule is posted. Sometimes theres things you do certain days but work takes away from that.Donations can be challenging, especially if youre loading or unloading truck or they come for pickup furniture and your co worker is on break or isnt there.
