They provide opportunities for team leadership, working in tandem with others on your team to meet a deadline or quota, and opportunities for moving up in the company.

Cons

There are inconveniences in the warehouse such as too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. The warehouse job is dirty with heavy lifting.

Conditions in the back where employees sort donations are dirty and you never know what you will find...mouse poop, bed bugs. Our goal for each day was to sort and rack 560 items/employee, so that they could make their sales.
