      Pros

      There is nothing decent nor kind to say about Goodwill industries of Denver.

      Cons

      I'll list them because like legion there are many: 1.Donation attendants do everything from hauling furniture to training the newcomers and get no respect nor recognition for their efforts 2.extremely low pay for the work demanded. 3.management has no idea what peak hours/day means and will only schedule up to four people to handle weekend after sale days. 4.trucking seems to be unmanaged and does whatever it wants and only seems to come on time if a district manager gets on the phone. 5.don't expect any advancement whatsoever if you are not a manager. 6."raises" do not exist.

      Better than not having a job, a income to take care of responsibilities, full-time benefits

      Very high turn over rate, chaotic, pressure from higher ups, constant brainwash, fear based mind control

      Pros

      Lots of talent and amazing individuals - leadership training programs - supplied work equipment (laptops, cell phones)

      Cons

      Management: incredible incomptience. CEO seems to be more concerned with revenue of stores and is at a complete disconnect with the organization (Job Source program). Placement Specialists are under a lot of pressure with no recognition for client work - only recognition given is for high numbers at quarterly meetings.
