Pros

Helping others to regain self esteem and self worth. Goodwill, Career Academy and Ability One are program examples of how Goodwill gives a Hand Up.

Cons

Probably a lack of funds and resources to reach a significantly larger base. Because the need is exceptionally great and evident in all sectors of the community and at all levels.

Pros

You will come across some people that truly care about an individuals needs, and will receive help from a truly caring place.

Cons

The upper management has no regard for the individuals that really make a difference in the lives of the customers who walk in the doors. One can actually question the ethics of those individuals.
