Pros

nothing is good about this place..

Cons

worst work experience of my life. I had all kinds of roles there and there are no benefits, no salary increase, nothing is employee friendly, the management sucks, there's no work life balance, they mistreat their employees, you won't be heard nor seen, racist..just anything that could possibly go wrong in a work place you'll find here. I need years of therapy now

Pros

Friendly and inclusive work environment. Opportunity to make a positive impact through meaningful work. Flexible schedules, accommodating for students and part-time employees. Supportive management and training programs.

Cons

Workload can sometimes be physically demanding, especially in the warehouse/donation areas. Limited opportunities for career advancement in certain roles. Pay could be more competitive compared to industry standards.
