Pros

It's just a job until you find a better job.

Cons

They treat their employees very unfairly...If the staff likes a certain person, they very rarely make that employee work..I worked there and even worked my days off, weekends, holidays and still was treated bad..My sister worked at Spanaway,Wa Goodwill and she is Legally blind so she can't see the tags to put the clothes in the right spot but the Always assigned her to do the Racks..Meaning put clothes on racks where they go..And the Blind foundation paid 4,000 $ for Goodwill to train her to do a job but all she ended up being was a bathroom key holder!

Pros

Good pay and benefits. They hire smart folks to grow the work and have a great team that tries to lift morale and take suggestions from employees.

Cons

Unfortunately there are few opportunities for upward mobility and there are no clear defined career pathways within the organization although career pathways are part of the mission.
