Pros

Helping people find jobs. Rewarding at times

Cons

Insecure management. Selfish managers who only worry about themselves. Favoritism with other staff and bizarre childish recurring meetings. 6 minute interviews conducted for a manager position. VP quoted as saying I will fire all of ex bosses hires. Also when you mention growth in the company VP mentions that I am not ready to retire yet. Managers don't invest in their employees. Micromanaging and bully management style. One terrible worst manager in history finally retired. The company will be great when a few other people will retire in the next few years.
