* If you like being busy, this job will keep you working. There is always something to do. * Good benefits. * The job isnt hard. Like all things in retail it most boils down to customers and coworkers.

Cons

* No promotions. Very rarely does a assistant manager position come up and if it does, a lot of people will be gunning for it, normally not even from your store. * You have to have a strong stomach. They deal with used items and people are nasty. * If you are a temp, you will most likely be promised a lot of things but never get it delivered. So dont expect a full time job from a temp one.
