Pros

The benefits for this company are fantastic and if you are good at your job, you can work 40-45 hours a week without much problem.

Cons

There is zero training for hourly employees and management level employees Many of the locations are in poor repair and there is a stigma to working for this retail company Although the majority of revenue for the non-profit venture is generated through the retail side, almost no attention is given to streamlining operations to actual increase these funds.

Pros

meaningful work good benefits good people who generally really care for the folks they serve

Cons

Behind the times in a lot of ways. Doesn't believe in flex hours, working from home, job sharing. Doesn't take advantage of the passion employees have for what they do. Not open to looking at other options for different solutions.
