      Pros

      Paid weekly. Helping the community. Decent benefits. diverse on the lower level. The company really has come a long way on trying to improve in all areas since I started. For the most part management and the human resources department are fair minded people.

      Cons

      A lot of externall hires even though there are qualified and deserving applicants already working there. Basically from my experiences not a lot of oppurtunity to get promted.

      A Great Mission - A Demoralizing Workplace.

      Pros

      The mission and the customers make coming to work worthwhile. The direct service team is eager to welcome new people and you can feel hard they balance their efforts to be both organizationally compliant with innovative approaches.

      Cons

      Staff are given few opportunities to demonstrate their unique talents and skills, and stifled from innovative actions or initiatives. Praise is hard to come by, and exec. leadership personalities are demoralizing and sometime abusive. Goodwill is a place you want to commit yourself to, but you quickly see it as a place to transition from.
