Managment, no communication, no solutions, tons of miss shipments, wrong Listings, micro managing, no compassion for injuries or disabilities, procedures change all the time and workers are mostly unaware, poorly managed customer service by no communication with managment, waiting for higher ups to approve refunds and Customer requests, listing and shipping quota not quality, no team building, no raises, $0.20 raise last year. They don't care about their employees. Try to make you resign instead of firing to not pay unemployment. Their focused on other projects and not committed to making the new site better.

Extremely out of touch upper management with poor communication. Claimed transparency but was anything but transparent.
