      Most unethical organization to work for.

      Pros

      Some nice staff to work with.

      Cons

      Good old boys club! Some old girls have been grandfather in! Salaries for upper management very high while team member are paid and poorly. The organization has a Zero- Tolerance policy- means if you fail pre-employment drug test you do not get hired! Not with the organization, Upper manager knowing hires manages that failed drug test -hire them anyway these manages over see team members with disabilities. Conflict of Interest. Husband and Wife run the organization and also another Husband and Wife sit on the Board.

      Pros

      - Day goes by quickly - Different and interesting inventory daily - Various tasks depending on the needs for the day - Great co-workers

      Cons

      - Constantly understaffed. Extremely stressful and physically demanding job. - Very rude customers - Management is more concerned with getting bonuses and promotions than developing their own staff and recognizing existing talent - Upper management putting policies and practices into place that make no sense for our operations and make daily tasks much harder

      Pros

      It's a lot of busy work and will certainly keep you on your toes. A very good way to learn nontraditional retail and to really multitask.

      Cons

      It can be a rough place if looking for benefits and any sort of promotion. Not much to say about pay either, as it deals a lot with charity and will usually keep wages to a minimum if possible.
