Pros
Goodwill of North GA is a good company to work for. The managers are understanding and support thier staff to the best of thier ability. The managers are also ways available if you need anything but they do not micromanage. Employees are valued and often asked for advise on how to improve. Goodwill of North Georgia really cares about their clients and thier mission.
Cons
Goodwill of North GA does not pay employees as much as they should do it is being a nonprofit. It is also currenlty going through a restructing and had to lay people off with the hopes of rehiring them soon.
