Pros
I learned a lot about my field and was able to do decent networking and what to look for in a career.
Cons
I didn't feel respected and didn't feel like there was a lot of respect from the top down. I felt micromanaged and like I employees were undervalued. I felt like there was a lot of internal politics and drama that I didn't want to be associated with.
