Sure you get 30% off all the time 50% if your store makes goal.............

Cons

This branch of goodwill has no real reality of ethics. NO insurance unless you work 35hrs or more (good luck getting over 20hrs) Raises are given every year 10cents if you meet your performance goals. So if you are 90% of the American population who work's Because you need $$$$ and Insurance this isn't the company for you!!!! Oh and by the way I'm a Manager (i.e.) none these issue's affect me, yet i still think this all needs to change!! Wake up GOODWILL........

stands behind mission to help community, everybody very friendly,

Cons

long hours, stores are filthy- people running goodwill think just because it's a thrift store they don't have to be clean (?), no set schedule, poor hiring and not being honest in interviewing (see below) leads to high turn-over, all stores run however the mgr feels- no price structure- made customers upset and confused

Feel good about the work you do for the community. Good bonus incentive programs. Strong business structure. Good health benefits.

Cons

Salary could be better, considering the amount of hours full time employees put in each week. Upper management knowingly let full time employees work overtime without additional compensation.
