Pros

Great work life balance. Accrual of vacation time is fast and you accrue lots of vacation

Cons

No room to grow after store manager position. There are no area manager or district manager opportunities, only a regional vice president and you will not be promoted into it. Pay is on the low side for management and stsff

Working with Goodwill was a good experience, good pay, good environment, worked for a good mission. Benefits were good as well.

Sometimes lack of communication, other than that was a good experience.
