Great mission to help those that are disadvantaged gain employment. Dedicated workers that make you proud to work with them. You will learn a lot due their commitment to employee growth and development.

Cons

Not a lot of negatives. This company will sometimes run lean and require those in certain positions to work harder but overall good work life balance.
