If you are a favorite (be it attorney or professional staff), career advancement opportunities are endless.

Cons

Compensation for professional staff is below market average, benefits are both terrible and expensive, clear misappropriation of resources, overall severe lack of resources available, favoritism is HUGE... the list just doesn't seem to end.
