Toxic work environment and cut through culture Rat race - lie in the employment agreement about 7 hour work days. Senior Management is not respectful to the staff and supports the toxic culture

Entitled atmosphere while claiming to be "inclusive", the tiers of hierarchy are ever present and they like for you to know it. But a select few are not happy coming to work each day. It was described to me as being "beat down" every single day. Not a very friendly or welcoming place, although they would like for you to believe that it is. Mean spirited people. Benefits are so/so, pay is decent if you can tolerate the environment. Once a month beer & pizza social can't make up for the negatives.
