Pros
It's very easy to get comfortable here. Goodwin gives great benefits and pretty good pay (could definitely be higher, but that's just about everywhere). For the most part, if you're looking to put in your 40 hours, get paid and have a great work/life balance - you'll like working here.
Cons
The biggest con at Goodwin is professional development for the admin staff. There's virtually none, so it's not the place to develop your career (if that's what you're looking to do). The growth path for admin staff is non-existent. It's a great place to kick off your career - you'll definitely get some standard office experience.
