Benefits, good camaraderie among staff. Great work-life balance.

Cons

Staff treated as costs and generally undervalued by management. Little corporate culture. Low compensation with minimal raises (if any) across the board for staff.

Good and up to date technolgy, benefit are keeping with industry standard, Nice peer to work with, career development traing provided.

Cons

Annual performance review had never match with raises and bonus, Bonus is go by how long you with the company and cap after certain years of service. Good performance was not rewarded.

Pros

Great company, good benefits. Friendly people (mostly). Lots of in-house training offered, so you can learn new skills or brush up on existing skills.

Cons

Heavy workload, can be very fast paced (which I like but some might consider a "con"), minimal raises & bonuses for secretaries. Most secretaries here feel the review process is a joke.
