Pros

Competitive pay and benefits, along with flexible work hours.

Cons

I was given the title of “Secretary,” which did not accurately reflect my role or experience, and that title is now outdated. I have always worked as an Executive Assistant. Management was ineffective, and HR consistently prioritized management's interests over addressing legitimate concerns. Policy violations were often ignored. I did not feel valued, nor was I given appropriate responsibility or a meaningful workload. I never received a performance review from the VP I supported. When I was laid off, the VP I supported didn't even tell me; I got the news from HR.
