Pros

They pay good and allow you to work from home sometimes.

Cons

Discriminatory against women and other minorities. Don't follow their own policies. Big money, no ethics.

Pros

Money is decent, would give you experience if you need some.

Cons

6 days a week, long hours almost no time for yourself.

Pros

There are opportunities to work with a large international IT environment. The new building is cleaner and much nicer than the old one. The on-location gym is nice.

Cons

There are so many old rules and processes that no one can tell you why it should be done that way. What's worse is if you suggest a change (aka; submit a formal Continuous Process Improvement (CPI)) it is completely ignored or rejected.
