Decent pay. Some good associates.

Cons

Management cares nothing for workers. This company uses H-1B visas to fill as many positions as possible with cheap labor from overseas. They use these visas to fill jobs in engineering, technology and accounting for which there are many qualified American citizens.

Pros

Good management that lets you do your job and is there when you need them. Company car, cell phone, travel, conferences.

Cons

New associates only get two weeks of vacation time to start and have to stay for over 4 years to get another week. The also require you to use 3 of those 10 days around Christmas/new years

Cons

six full days a week, with a fairly low pay scale, with very little room for internal promotion, also worked most holidays without any additional pay
