Pay was decent however they never provide you a write out of your bi ys when you do get it so its.more.like they can pay you whatever they feel.

Cons

Poor upper management, very poor hr department who doesn't support their store managers, cant trust what they say. Took away my vacation when let go after 10 years with the company and a $5k bonus as well.

A lot of flexibility and trust, hybrid work set up, some great leaders in the business, ethical and inclusive.

Cons

Leaders and org structure keep changing which is very confusing for employees and makes them nervous. A lot of people being let go for underperformance after being in the organization a long time, salary below market, senior leadership lacking direction, company underperforming in most markets, some leaders in the business clearly underqualified and prone to favoritism.
