Great individual people to work with. Good pay for the most part.

Pay started really high. I had no experience in management at all and they offered me nearly 6 figures. Upper management communication was fantastic, he was alway there when I had questions with frequent check-in's to make sure I was doing okay. Annual pay raises were very fair; before I became salaried, my average merit increase was about $0.30/hour. As entry level associates gain experience and leave for dealerships, corporate management doesn't allow us to hire replacements, which gives the remaining associates a sense of accomplishments. As a business, our job is to increase revenue and reduce expenses; we had gained a lot of experience in using duct tape and gorilla glue to repair machines and fixtures. The benefits were incredible and very wholesome. My weekly take out from my check was about $125/week and I never needed to use my insurance because I was working open to a few hours after close, everyday without a lunch break. I had a really great time climbing the ladder from an entry level tire/lube tech to a Store Manager.
