Lot of opportunities of career development in different positions in different countries. Good Salary and benefits.

Cons

HR didn't take action when they receive a suggestions or feedback from employees. The leadership is old school style, so they are not aligned whit news technologies or news models of business.

Starting pay is pretty good

Cons

There is a lack of mobility in moving up in the company they would rather hire from outside the company than promote within, lack of recognition and appreciation, lacking in pay increases unless threatened with leaving the company, apathy from management about general life issues and harassment, management spends more time on their cell phones than with customers or employees, the stress of working more than one position with no extra compensation is not worth the base pay, management of the store is a mess and time management is not adequate, revolving door of employees
